CONGRATULATIONS to Christopher Battles and John Nordhus who recently received their Sommelier Level 2 Certification from the Internationally accredited Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) of London, England.
 
Also congratulations to Chris and John in their 6th year of business!

The Wine Education seminars , a regular feature created by Chris and John and Ali Rush-Carscaden (a certified sommelier as well) are now called the
"Sommelier Series Wine Seminars"

  The next one is slated to take place starting this month and features a tour of Italy. The tour will be presented in a five-part series and will showcase diversity of terroir, climate, and grape varieties that make Italian wines unique!
These seminars are limited to the first twenty people who sign up.  Tuition for each session is an extremely reasonable $30, which covers the wine tasting, light appetizers, a wealth of information and the Riedel tasting glass that you may keep at the conclusion of the evening.
