The living room has been furnished with 2 futons with coil spring mattresses, 1 queen sized and 1 full size, making it possible to sleep 4.
Not to mention they are located in front of the most beautiful rock wall with a Vermont Castings wood burning stove.

The house comes with a TV, VCR, washer, dryer, and full kitchen.
This house has been masterfully designed to maximize each space to the fullest, allowing the most comfortable stay possible. The bedroom has 1 king-sized bed with private bath along with a beautiful armoire and accessories. Available is a wheelchair accessible bathroom and shower.

What truly makes this property special is the 5 horse pens that come with it. Coming to town for a rodeo or equestrian event?

(These rates apply for the day after Labor Day through the week before Easter)

**Summer Rates: $350 per day up to 6 people.
(These rates apply to the week before Easter until Labor Day with a 2-day minimum)

**Holiday Rates: $350 per day up to 6 people.
(These rates apply to Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Labor Day, with a 3-day minimum)
